Purchasing Requirements:
A.W. Enterprises, Inc. is a Manufacturer of cases. The buyer must be a retail dealer, distributor or OEM with a valid resale certificate, retail business license or equivalent. If you do not qualify, please contact us so we can locate a dealer near you.
To Order:

If you are e-mailing or faxing your order in, you will receive an acknowledgment stating that your order has been processed. Our staff is available to answer questions and to provide you with the merchandise and service your request.
Payment Options:
Any questions regarding payment terms for new accounts should be directed to A.W. Enterprises, Inc. sales staff at (800) 334-4884 before placing an order. A.W.E.I., offers C.O.D. Company Check or Certified Check, Credit Card (we accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Your credit card is not charged until your order has shipped. We also offer Net 30 day terms on approved accounts. Product is shipped F.O. B. Bedford Park, Illinois. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges.
Shipping:
Orders received by 2PM (Central Time) for in-stock merchandise will ship the same day. All in-stock merchandise ships within 24 hours of the order's receipt. Delivery is available through UPS, FEDEX Ground, or the carrier of your choice. One day, two day, three day, as well as regular ground service is available for shipments. If you would like to place an order from outside the United States, please call us at (708) 458-8989.
All cases are proudly made in the U.S.A.
Product Returns :
All returns must have prior approval by A.W.E.I (A.W. Enterprises, Inc.) and a return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained. Customer is responsible for freight on products sent to A.W.E.I. Product returned for credit is subject to a restocking fee, must be within 90 days from original invoice date, and in resalable condition. Custom, logo and name cases are not returnable for credit.
Product Warranty:
Each product carries a 90 days replacement warranty against defects in construction and materials. We will replace any item covered by the warranty. Deliberate misuse or abuse is not warranted, nor is normal wear and tear.
Logo Imprinting:
Free one-color logo imprinting is available. Debossing dies run $35. and up depending on complexity of design. Logos available for nylon cases call us for quote.
New radio case models not listed in this publication may be also available. Please call with any inquiries or if you need a case for a special application.
