CELLPHONE CASE CUSTOMER:

I had an A.W. case for my old i1000 phone and it was the best I ever came across. I was the envy of the crew sportin” that little ditty. The phone NEVER hit the ground again.

I now have an i60 using the standard issue belt clip variety and gravity has been taking its toll on my poor flip phone

I am looking to purchase an AWedge™ Case for my Phone (Where you must turn the phone upside down to take off of the swivel, but can be easily inserted back in any direction), can you help me with this? Reason I ask is because the case I have now from a not so good competitor does not have this. I was called as a First Responder to the Hurricane Isabel Disaster Relief effort and my phone fell off its clip and into the water. Took 3 days to dry out, not too good.

BTW, I wrote the competitor about their case and its failure and have yet to receive a reply.

I just received my new case for my husbands cell phone. I can not believe it came so quickly. I just wanted you to know that I was very upset with the store that I purchased it from since they were not going to take it back or exchange it. But now that you have helped me I'm so happy. You made the return procedure painless. I was also happy to see that you were able to get me a case that actually fit. The girl at the store where I purchased it told me I had the correct one and that it may just take some time to break it in. I had a feeling she was wrong. The new case fits the phone perfectly.
